The idea for this special event in Hong Kong was born out of a long-standing connection. Billy and I have known each other for quite some time, brought together by a shared passion for fine watchmaking from Glashütte. Over the years, we’ve exchanged countless messages, shared thoughts on timepieces, and collaborated on several Instagram posts.
When Billy had the chance to visit Glashütte, I, unfortunately, couldn’t be there in person, but it only made us more determined to meet. Eventually, the idea grew: why not turn our long-overdue meetup into something bigger? Something for the entire Glashütte Watch Club community.
Hong Kong has long been a global hub for watch collectors, a city where East meets West and appreciation for fine timepieces runs deep. With its rich network of boutiques, collectors and enthusiasts, it’s no surprise that German watchmaking has found a loyal following here.
Hosting our first Glashütte Watch Club collectors evening in Hong Kong feels like a natural choice — a way to bring this passion together in one room, celebrate our shared interests and connect those who admire the tradition, innovation, and charm of German watchmaking.
In January 2026, the Glashütte Watch Club will host an exclusive collectors evening in the heart of the city.
This event is dedicated to all lovers of fine German watchmaking — whether you’re a experienced collector, just got your first piece, or are simply curious to learn more about the world of Glashütte watches.
Expect a relaxed atmosphere, good conversation and the chance to connect with like-minded enthusiasts who share your passion for mechanical timepieces from this little town in Germany. You don’t need to own a Glashütte watch to attend — interest and appreciation are all that matter.
If you'd like to be part of this evening, please fill out the form below to request your spot on the guest list. More details (date, venue, program) will follow soon via email.
We can’t wait to meet you in Hong Kong!
